The Jacksonville Public Library’s Haunted Walking Tour is coming up October 25! Our annual, spooky tour of Jacksonville’s downtown will clue you in to local history (neat) and give you a fright with tales of local paranormal happenings (very neat). Tours are free! We recommended ages 13 and up; some of the scary stories might be too frightening for little ones.
Doors open at 8:30 pm and tours start at 9; groups are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and last about an hour. We’ll be taking group signups through midnight!
This is a walking event, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bright-colored or reflective clothing for safety. For more information, call the library at 256-435-6332.
